Street style from Paris Fashion Week Fall 2011

This season's must-have, a muted-toned pleated skirt (incarnated on the catwalk by Chloé), is given a grungy makeover when paired with a punk-embellished jacket. And oh, did we mention that insane crop of hair?
Just how chic are those who attend the fashion shows in Paris? Take a look and find out....

Who said grey was boring? These differing shades come together to create one marvellous outfit.
Slouchy cuts prove to be equally as effective as sharp, cinched tailoring.
Primary colours paired together to create an edgy aesthetic.
Baby pink and hot pink paired with black: the last word in hot colour-blocking.
Grey opaque tights breathe new life into peep-toed shoes in the winter.
A statuesque blonde pulls off a voluminous camel coat.
There is a place for cropped white jeans in winter: artfully paired with a stripy T-shirt and mannish coat.
Al fresco drinking is the new vogue in Paris, especially in this carefree get-up.
Black still reigns among the fashion pack, but is punctuated with flashes of gold, like the trimming on this roomy bag.
An oversized collar lends this look an extra dose of chic.
A camisole plays peek-a-boo under this willowy wearer's shirt.
A super-sheer maxi adds an extra dimension to an all-black ensemble.
